LiveTV4me agrees that the user will only be charged a one (1) time activation fee and will NEVER be charged again for services or any other type of recurring charges. Users understand and agree that immediately after purchasing, they will receive an instant download of the LiveTV4me software. This is a software download and therefore "non-returnable", the user agrees that once the download is complete, the one-time activation fee will not be refunded for any reason.

LiveTV4me is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of any linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. All streams are provided by users. LiveTV4me does not approve or disapprove of user provided content. Users may not provide content that infringes on any copyrights. LiveTV4me does not make any claims of providing specific channels. Users should not purchase this software if their intent is to gain access to specific channels. Users agree to purchase the software on an as-is basis.

By providing your info you expressly consent to receiving communications from us via email, telephone, mail, or any other delivery method. This may include, but is not limited to, information about product or service updates, new features, or information we and/or our partners believe you may find interesting.

LiveTV4me may amend or change these terms and conditions at any time, which shall be binding upon you. It is the user’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions on a regular basis for any changes. By purchasing this service, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are 18 years or older.

LICENSE AGREEMENT:

2. PERMITTED USES AND RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT modify, reverse engineer, rent, lease, distribute, make any commercial use of or create derivative works based upon the "LIVETV4ME" Program(s) in whole or part. 3. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UPDATES

As a condition precedent to your use of the "LIVETV4ME" Program(s), you agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of our Program(s) including but not limited to US and international copyright and all intellectual property laws, obscenity, possession and distribution of child pornography, violence against racial and/or gender groups, and other prohibited pornographic materials pursuant to federal, state and local laws. You may not transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

"LIVETV4ME" DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES. "LIVETV4ME" DISCLAIMS, ANY WARRANTIES FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE "LIVETV4ME" PROGRAM(S). "LIVETV4ME" DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH THE "LIVETV4ME" PROGRAM(S) OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY PROVIDED BY THE "LIVETV4ME" WEB SITE OR ANY USE OF THE "LIVETV4ME" PROGRAM(S). "LIVETV4ME" DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE "LIVETV4ME" PROGRAM(S), THE "LIVETV4ME" SERVERS, OR E-MAIL SENT FROM "LIVETV4ME ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL "LIVETV4ME" BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR NEGLIGENCE, DEFAMATION, COPYRIGHT OR ANY OTHER CLAIMS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE "LIVETV4ME" PROGRAM(S), WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE "LIVETV4ME" PROGRAM(S), THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE "LIVETV4ME" PROGRAM(S) OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE "LIVETV4ME" PROGRAM(S), WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF USER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

7. COPYRIGHT

The "LIVETV4ME" Program(s) are the property of "LIVETV4ME" and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

The License constitutes the entire agreement between you and "LIVETV4ME" Program(s) and governs your use of the "LIVETV4ME" Program(s), superseding any prior agreements between you and "LIVETV4ME". You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use third-party content or third-party software. The License and the relationship between you and "LIVETV4ME" shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regards to its conflict of law provisions. "LIVETV4ME" may amend the License at any time by a notice on the "LIVETV4ME" web site, which shall be binding upon you. You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located within the County of Broward, State of Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the "LIVETV4ME" Program(s). The failure of ‘LIVETV4ME" to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the License shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the License is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the License remain in full force and effect. You agree to indemnify and hold "LIVETV4ME", its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the "LIVETV4ME" Program(s).
